Borden Place is a mixed-income community with age restrictions – income qualifications and rent restrictions may apply. Borden Place is comprised of two prime locations, Borden Place East at 111 Borden Street and Borden Place West at 181 South Main Street in Fall River, Massachusetts. A total of 261 apartment homes, one and two bedrooms, offer bright and airy living spaces. Our homes are for the enjoyment of persons 62+ or with disabilities who are under the age 62.
